Phil Trickey is the founder of Business Lifesystem Ltd, author of the Business Lifesystem Methodology and a senior advisory leader with deep experience across NHS, healthcare, public sector and complex technology-enabled delivery environments.

His work focuses on helping senior leaders restore clarity, alignment and value where strategy, governance, delivery, suppliers, digital change and benefits realisation have become disconnected.

Phil brings a combination of strategic, operational, commercial and digital delivery experience that is particularly useful where complex change has become difficult to lead.

 

He has authored NHS clinical systems strategy, procured major EPR and clinical systems, led deployment as Programme Director, recovered complex programmes and founded a software company whose product was deployed into public sector and regulated organisations.
